Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:


Fins n Paws believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been initiated for shipping.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Fins n Paws marketing team has obtained on special occasions like New Year, Diwali etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Fins n Paws does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
• In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
• In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.


Refund Policy:


•  Consumable items will not be returned or refunded, in case the seal is broken. This includes food, grooming products, supplements, fashion accessories / apparel, beds etc
•  In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery
•  All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all bills and packaging and tags should not be broken or tampered with
•  In the event Fins n Paws accepts the return request raised by the customer, customer will have to return the product and then the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
•  Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of Fins n Paws


Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to:

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.

Any dispute arising out of the transaction will be resolved in arbitration and the jurisdiction will be Delhi.
